New Information!!

I just found some information that will be very valuable!

Scientists have yet to find a machine or software that can replace a human as an educator. (so it seems that technology has not desensitized kids to human contact) However, there is no denying that technology of all kinds is changing how children think and act.

The brain can respond in different ways to repeated outside stimuli. The exact effect is unknown, but has been proven that children are processing information differently because of computers. (so there definitely are some grounds to do my iSearch on)

In the first five years of a child's life, it is essential that they develop language skills, motivation, social skills, problem-solving skills, and reading skills. Since computer's fundamental effects on the brain are not very clear at the moment, it is not recommended that technology be used in abundance. (if children do spend these first five years in front of a screen, it does appear that the brain can be effected, and many times in negative ways)
